DANIEL BLYTH – Lic.Ac, MBAc, DipCHM, MRCHM.
Danny qualified in 1998 and practices Acupuncture (5 Element Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Trigger Point Acupuncture) and Chinese Herbal Medicine. He is a member of the British Acupuncture Council www.acupuncture.org.uk and the Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine www.rchm.co.uk. He lectures on the BSc (hons) Acupuncture Degree at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading www.acupuncturecollege.org.uk, and teaches nutrition and herbal medicine to acupuncturists at post-graduate level.  Danny also teaches Wu Dang style Tai Chi in Cheltenham on Tuesday evenings. He has a diploma in paediatric acupuncture. SIMON SPEARING – DC MMCA MCC (GCC Reg)
Simon has been practicing McTimoney Chiropractic since 1990 and also uses dry needling techniques. He was formerly Senior Practical Tutor at the McTimoney College in Abingdon. LINDA UPTON – B.Ac., MBAcC, Cert.Ac (Nanjing), MRCHM
Linda qualified in Acupuncture and Remedial Massage in 1977, and in Chinese Herbal Medicine in 1994, and spent 3 months in 1983 studying at a TCM hospital in Nanjing. She is a member of the British Acupuncture Council www.acupuncture.org.uk and the Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine www.rchm.co.uk.
Linda works at the clinic all day Wednesday and Thursday.

INEKE VAN DER LELY – ITEC Diploma in Anatomy Physiology and Massage, ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology and Indian Head Massage
Ineke has worked in the field of of holistic treatment for over 13 years, and practises Reflexology, Deep Tissue Massage, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage at the clinic.
All treatments last approximately 1 hour, but please allow 75 minutes for an initial consultation.


SALLY COATES – H.F.S.T
Sally qualified from the International Institute of Sports Therapy in 2002, in Holistic Medical Massage in 2005, in Myofascial Release in 2008 and Advanced stretching in 2010. She also trained in the Bowen Technique with the European College of Bowen Studies in 2004 and continues regular study to update and increase her skills.
Sally practices Sports Massage and The Bowen Technique at 199 Bath Road on Friday mornings.

EMMA JONES – MSMA MFHT
Emma is a qualified Massage Therapist offering Deep Tissue/Sports Massage, Indian Head Massage, Thai Foot Massage, Hot Stones Massage, Seated Acupressure Massage and Pregnancy Massage, combining the science of her original massage training with a more holistic approach. She is a member of the Sports Massage Association (www.thesma.org ) and the Federation of Holistic Therapists (www.fht.org.uk).
Treatment times: Thursdays 9am – 7 pm. 1 hour (£40), 45 minutes (£35) or 30 minutes (£28). Please note that first appointments always need to be 1 hour.


COLLETTE TUPLING – Ba(hons), HPD, DHP, NCH (reg), AfSFH (reg).
Collette qualified as a Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist at Clifton Practise, Bristol, in 2011 and has over 1000 client hours.  She is a member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy www.afsfh.co.uk and the National Council for Hypnotherapy www.hypnotherapists.org.uk.  You can find out more about Collette at www.cheltenhamhypnotherapy.co.uk. Collette provides an initial consultation for £30 with no obligation. Subsequent appointments last 60 minutes and cost £75. A 2 hour stop smoking session costs £150. Collette works at the clinic on Thursdays and Fridays.

CHARLOTTE PLUMB – MChiro, MMCA, MIVCA
Charlotte qualified from Mctimoney Chiropractic College in 2015.  She is also trained in Diversified Chiropractic techniques, Sports Massage and Neuromuscular Re-Education.  Charlotte completed an Animal Chiropractic course with the International Academy of Veterinary Chiropractic in Germany and can therefore be found on the Register for Animal Musculoskeletal Practitioners (RAMP).  She is a member of the Mctimoney Chiropractic Association and the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association and is registered with with the General Chiropractic Council.  Charlotte works at 199 Bath Road on Monday afternoons, and in Ross-on-Wye on Thursdays.


PATRICIA ADAMS – ACCREDITED COUNSELLOR BACP
Pat joined the clinic in 2003, having previously worked in mental health and educational establishments. She is an accredited member with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy www.bacp.co.uk, and is also a member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies www.babcp.com.  Pat has a post graduate degree in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.  Apart from Counselling she offers other techniques including Mindfulness and Life Coaching.

KATE DIMMER – NUTRITIONAL THERAPIST – MBANT, MCNHC
Kate is a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist currently doing an MSc in Nutritional Therapy at the University of Worcester. She is a member of BANT (British Association for Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy) and the CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council), a register set up by the government and approved by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care. SOPHIE PEARCE – MHCPC, MAACP
Sophie qualified in Physiotherapy at the University of Liverpool in 2005. She a certified Instructor of Pilates from the Australian Pilates and Physiotherapy Institute. She uses Pilates exercises within her physiotherapy treatments as a way of increasing motion and function as well as strengthening core and postural stability. Sophie has completed foundation course in myofascial release and uses acupuncture as part of treatment to aid reduction in pain and muscle spasm. She is trained in Women’s Health physiotherapy, mainly pelvic girdle pain (SPD) during pregnancy as well as other pregnancy and pelvic floor related problems.
Sophie has been working as a physiotherapist for 10 years in Gloucestershire. She has a passion for helping people rehabilitate from their injuries and enjoys working to achieve each patient’s personal goals for their recovery.
She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council, Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists, a member and Certified Instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute and a member of Fitpro.


KEITH BAKER – Integrative Therapist, Social Worker and Trainer – BACP HCPC
Keith started working therapeutically in the 1980’s with drama therapy. Over time Keith has trained as a holistic counsellor, social worker, remedial masseur and trainer. He currently uses LENS Neurofeedback Therapy, Thought Field Therapy, and Non-Violent Resistance. LYNDA JOHNSON – Life Coach B.A Hons; Dip.Ed; Cert. Counselling; PGDip. Coaching; PGCE Psychology; NLP Practitioner Cert.
Lynda is a Cheltenham based certified Life Coach, with a background in teaching, counselling, psychology and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). She has over 20 years of experience working with individuals to move them forward personally and professionally, including young people in education. Lynda has also developed and delivered highly regarded confidence, well-being and resilience programmes to adults across Gloucestershire. She works creatively with clients of all ages who describe themselves as feeling ‘stuck’ and wanting change in their lives, to draw out their own unique skills, strengths and talents. JACK EVERETT – Shiatsu

Jack first studied Shiatsu in a Japanese bathhouse whilst working under master masseur Takashi Nakamura in San Francisco in 1979. From there he worked with Michael Rose and studied with Pauline Sasaki, both students of Shizuto Masunaga, ‘the great reviver of the practice’. Jack was there when the Shiatsu Society was conceived at Lam Rim Buddhist Centre in 1981 and has retained a clinical, domestic and ‘barefoot’ practice ever since.  He has run his own school in the UK and taught in Greece and Czechoslovakia. His style is strongly influenced by both a Zen approach and Taoism.  ‘The combination of technique and intention are a potent aid
when delivered by listening hands’.  Jack works at the clinic on a Monday.
