In her own life practice, Leisa enjoys djembe drumming, qi gong and the five rhythms dance and incorporates her own stretches from her yoga practice into her work and give stretches to take away and points which are uniquely tailored for the client. Leisa works with Acupressure Massage (also called Shiatsu), graduating from both the British School of Shiatsu and the Kikai School of Shiatsu in 2005. She is also qualified in deep tissue and sports massage therapy and integrates this knowledge in her practice.
